Refunds & Returns Policy

We’re a small handmade business and truly want you to love your purchase — if something’s not right, please reach out 💛

Because all YarnsEnd Creations items are handmade, we do not offer refunds for change of mind.

That said — if your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll absolutely work with you to make it right.

Returns Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • In the same condition as received

  • Unused and unworn

  • In their original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

How to Request a Return

To start a return, please email us at yarnsendcreations@gmail.com.

If your return is approved, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your item.
Items sent back without prior approval unfortunately can’t be accepted.

Please note: return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered, contact us straight away so we can assess the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

We’re unable to accept returns on:

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome.
If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
