New Zealand–Wide Shipping 

We aim to have all orders packed and sent within 3 business days of purchase.

All orders are sent via Pass the Parcel, and you’ll receive tracking details by email once your parcel has been collected from us.

Delivery timeframes are typically 1–2 business days, however please note these are estimates only.

While we do our very best to get your order on its way promptly, courier delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances or busy periods (such as public holidays and peak seasons). Once your parcel has left us, delivery timeframes are unfortunately outside of our control.

If we’re aware of any delays at the time of dispatch, we’ll always do our best to keep you in the loop.

Rural Delivery:-

Rural delivery may take an extra 1–3 business days.
